Link theme with a quick style set

I need to re-design a house-style package for a client. Their Word template
set consists of nearly 300 templates.

I created a theme based on their font, colours, cover page, etc.
I have also create a quick style set. Both the theme and the quick style set
have been save into a folder.

I need to distribute the template package. But I cannot igure out how to
link the theme with the quick style set in Word. Clinet wants to restrick
users from using any other themes or styles.

Any suggestions on how to go about this?
