Hi Michael, I've done that by downloading (from the microsoft site) a file
named WGSETUP this is file that installs some components into Outlook, that
allows to receive the tasks sent by Project.
Besides, in the menu "Tools -> Options -> Workgroup" the "Default workgroup
messages" is email.
Then, You also have to enter the email of each resource.
By doing this, when you access the option "Tools -> Workgroup" you can
select a group of tasks in project and send emails to the persons (or to
yourself) who is assigned to the task. With the "WBSETUP" components
installed in outlook you will be able to accept o reject the tasks and when
you acept it a "Task" is created into Outlook that can be later be
synchronized with project.
Personally I think that is useful to have the tasks into outlook, but for so
long I've been looking for a software that syncronizes the Outlook Calendar,
with the project. Because each task must be allocated into an agenda of
things to do during a day. Otherwise is highly probably that you miss to
allocate time to do it during your normal day.
