Linking Questions to Answers in the same document.

I want to create a web document that has 20 questions at the top followed by answers, when someone clicks on the question I want them to jump directly to the answer further down the page.

Please can someone tell me how I do this?

Bookmark each answer, then select each question and use Insert | Hyperlink
to create a hyperlink to the appropriate bookmark.
