Linking Text box in table

Is it possible to put a text box in a specific cell of a table and have it linked so that it doesn't float outside of the cell?

Confused, yes. Draw the text box, right-click the text box border, select
Format Text Box > Layout > In line with text > OK. If necessary, drag the
text box to the cell. It will dock itself there, as if it were a font
character.
