Links become disabled in "presenter view" mode

When clicking on a link in the presentation, rather than being directed to
the external file, we get message that says "click to advance".

We're trying to present in "presenter view" using dual monitors setting.

I think links don't work in presenter view and you have to click the links
on the show monitor -- but then the presenter view won't necessarily follow
along.

I can't find anything definitive on it, though. Sorry.
