Links to Attachments

Hello. I used to use Outlook 97. We had a large office
that stored documents on a shated LAN. Instead of sending
actual attachments, you had the choice of sending the
document or just a link to it. You selected this from the
same window you used to browse to your document. It did
not require you to type an URL. It was very convenient.

Is there a similar feature in Outlook 2003? It was so
useful that I hope it is still there but I just can't
find it.

Thank You, Janice Lehman

Yes, Outlook 2003 still does this.
