I had to think about, but I think I got it:
In the master presentation, click on Insert, Object,
Choose the Create from file radio button, click browse and
select your second presentation, check the link button,
click ok. You'll know have the contents of the
presentations linked together and it will auto update
(with a prompt). This also works for other types of files
as well.
