List of tasks grouped by resource that have actuals in last 2 week

I'm using EPM 2003 and am looking for a way to produce a report that would
list tasks grouped by resource that have actuals in a defined period such as
the previous 2 weeks. Is there a way of getting this info in MS Project 2003
or through EPM?

Thanks,

James

You can use the Resource Usage view (View Menu -> Resource Usage) you can
insert columns in the view as needed i.e. the actual work, also you can make
use of the yellow sheet on the right to display different values by right
click on the sheet and choose the values you need to display...

Hope this helps

Hi Hisham,

Thanks for your reply.

Do you know of a way to filter out those tasks in Resource Usage view that
don't have actuals in, say, the last two weeks. It seems like you can only
filter on columns on the left pane.

Thanks,

James

Hi James,

Unfotunatily you can't do filters on the right side pane (the details
sheet). What you are asking for is doable on MS Project 2007 using the pivot
tables in the reporting menu, while in Project 2003 as in your case, the only
way is to export the resource usage view data to excel where you can do alot
there. To export the data you can simply copy paste the view columns first on
the left then copy paste the columns on the right pane to the samr excel
sheet so you will get the data all in the same order, and then you can do
excel filters as needed.

Hope this helps!

Regards,
Hisham
