list to forms

I have a list of entries that I would like to merge to a form. There are
several entries for the each vendor. Each form should only be for one
vendor. I have played with this in Access, Excel and Word. Any help would
be greatly appreciated.

Access would be the way to go. But you may want to take a class or go
through some Access tutorials first and gain some additional insight
on relational database concepts prior to tacking this task.

For example you don't need a separate form for each vendor. Only a
single form is needed - although you would probably be using a main
form and subform rather than a single form. If these terms and
concepts are unfamiliar, then how you would set all of this up in
Access wouldn't make sense either. :)

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
assistance by email can not be acknowledged.

Thanks Beth. I thought Access would be the way to go. I know the basics. I
will check out the tutorials.
