I know how to write my listbox selection to a word document. But, I do not
know how to do the same in PDF. How do I get the listbox selection to write
to a pdf.

Thanks,
Jerri

PDF is something you "print" to. You basically are asking how to write your
selection to a printer and that requires a report.

Hi
I created the report and tried the code below from a button but received
popup box for output options of rich tex, data access, exce, text file, etc...
.. but none are the PDF option. I have this code in my button:

DoCmd.OutputTo acOutputReport, "rptpdf", acFormatPDF, "testfile"

Create a report of the Listbox data you want and use Lebans ReportToPDF to
export the file (or 2007 has an add-in available, I believe)

Sorry, but I am not familiar with the OutputTo command.

You've verified the report and made sure that the path is fully qualified
(not a mapped drive, has file extension, etc.)

Other than that I think it should be a fairly straightforward command.

Have you applied all service packs for Access 2007?

Originally, the PDF option had to be downloaded separately (Adobe launched a
law suit), but I think it was integrated into one of the service packs.
