Load Summary Resource Assignments (checkbox at login)

Hi all,
when I start MSP my server account is set to manually connect - so I get a
checkbox option at logon with "Load Summary Resource Assignments" description.
I like this option as if I untick it I see resource assignments for only the
current project in all resource views (eg Resource sheet, resource usage).
However my collegue who has identical privaledges/access rights to myself
does not have this option.

Instead she has a message to the effect of "Connect via LAN - limited
resource... "

My question is what do I need to do to give her access to the same prompt
and is it possible to change it so it is unticked by default??

Your fellow user's option indicates that he does not have SP1 or SP2
installed for Microsoft Project 2003. I would recommend that she apply the
SP2. Hope this helps.
