Loading Project1

When I try to go the VBA window, I get the prompt to
enable macros, which I click yes to. Then I get a Visual
Basic error, that says "File Not Found" and the VBA window
will not open. If I click Alt-F11, the window will open,
but my Project1 does not open.

I have tried opening VBAProject.OTM from this window, but
I get an error "Permission Denied". I have permission to
the change the file.

I have added a VBA macro to the code to create a task from
an email, but now that will not run, since Project1 is
apparently not loading.

Any ideas on how I can get Project1 to load?
