Locked myself out of my own database

I set up the switchboard by limiting toolbars and formatting in the Startup
and now I can't make any changes or get into any form designs or
formatting....

How do I fix this???

Hi, Danita.

Try this:

Hold down the <SHIFT> key, then open the database, but keep holding the
<SHIFT> key down until the database is completely open. This should bypass
the startup settings, unless that's been disabled.
