Hi, Can anyone please tell me if it is possible to lock the content of a powerpoint presentation that has been saved as a pdf? I want to email the presentation to a recipient, but I don't want them to be able to copy any of the content, such as photos. I have tried saving the presentation as a pdf and I have also tried 'printing' to a pdf file, but it is still possible to copy some of the content.
Many thanks.

First - just to be sure you aren't deceived - once you give someone a copy
of your file you relinquish all control over what they do with it. If they
are determined to do something with it there is always a way regardless of
what you may have done or the format in which it's been supplied.

That point made, in order to build those obstacles into a PDF you need a
professional PDF generator, i.e. Adobe Acrobat. The PDF utilities included
with OS X/Office & most other "freebies" do not provide those features.
