why does in box freeze up and I get no messages when trying to get new messages? I have to go to repair in program feature and put in original disc. This will happen every couple of weeks.
Is your Outlook and Windows up-to-date with the latest patches. If so and
you have already done a program reinstall you may want to recreate the
Outlook profile to see if that resolves the issue
