Logging into different accounts

David

We run Outlook 2003 and it automatically logs in to the
account of the user logged on the PC.

How do we set this so that you can log into an alternate
account - for example, a salesman can also access the
(e-mail address removed) account?

Or can we only do this by sharing the folders of that
user?

Go to Control Panel | Mail | Show Profiles and set up a profile for the
salesman, using his own e-mail account and his own Outlook Data File (.PST).
