Login Failed - Project Server 20007

Hello all,
I have successfully loaded the 2007 Beta versions of Office Project 2007 and
Project Server 2007. I am able to login to Project Server web site without
any issue but when I try to connect using Office Project 2007 I continually
get a login failed error. I tried with a different account and received
"0x8007057 Soap error: loading the request into SoapReader failed." Both
accounts are domain accounts and were granted full access when added to the
Project Server. Project Server is running on a 2003 server with SQL 2000
SP4. Project Professional is running on a 2003 Terminal Server. Project
Professional by itself works fine as long as I don't select the Project
Server profile.
Let me know what other info is needed to resolve the issue.

Does the client work from a PC (ie not on TS's) ?

I rebuilt the server from scratch but this time I didn't select a Stand Alone
installation and used SQL Express for the databases. So far everything is
working fine, even through the terminal server.
