Login & password problems, to even create a new database

I have somehow managed to make my microsoft access 2003, not work without a
login or password. What I mean by this is it is not just one file, I can't
even create a new blank database without the login and password which I don't
know. I have tried eveything I use and nothing is working.

What I had been experimenting with before this happened, was as follows:

1) In the main toolbar, Tools
2) Security
3) Workgroup Administrator
4) Join
5) I joined it to a specific file.

Before that I went to user groups & accounts, and put a password on Admin,
in an attempt to make secure data that is shared throughout our office, but
so that only I could edit it.

I have tried all the passwords, and logons I ever use, but have been unable
to correct the problem. I need this fixed, as this is a work computer and I
use Access frequently. Please help.

If you joined a secure workgroup file, then repeat those steps and rejoin
the default system.mdw workgroup.

If you added passwords in the default workgroup (instead of making a new one
first, or a backup) then you could either copy a clean system.mdw from one
of your coworkers who has not messed with security. Or, you can delete the
mdw file and when you restart Access, it will create a new one for you. You
*may* need your install disks for this, but it seems like it will do it
without them. I've only done that once.
