Login window pops up

Windows XP, Office XP Pro: I have to leave Outlook open
when I leave my office to receive email . Outlook has
started throwing up the login screen every time it checks
for email. My password and user name are already entered
correctly, but it won't stop asking for username and
password every time it checks for new mail. It's supposed
to send/receive every 6 minutes, but the way it's behaving
now it only send/receives once because I'm not here to
click "ok". How do I get it to download automatically and
unattended?

I will try re-entering my password, however the stored
password is correct. I never have to enter my password, I
just have to click OK to get rid of the login window.
