lost certitcate of Authenticity

Hi, I lost my certiticate of Authenticity, it came with my brand new computer, so I can't use any Microsoft products....Should I just delete it, and start over....Any ideas

This doesn't take much intelligence to work out. It came with your computer,
so where would be the best place to contact...?
