lost email / fax

Hi. I wrote a lengthy email in HTML and attempted to send
it, however I hit the fax button in error. When to box
opened to enter the phone number, I hit cancel. Now the
email is gone. I don't have Outlook save sent messages to
a folder. Can it be recovered? Thanks.

Nope its gone. You should reconsider to use the Drafts folder again.
