Lost my 'add to contacts' button!

When I double click on an entry in our global address list, I do not have an
'add to contacts' button - why is it missing and how can I get it back? is
there another way I can add an entry to my contacts? Thank you!

Why would you want to add an address from the GAL to your Contacts folder,
when Outlook will gladly resolve it from the GAL?
