Lost my office shortcut bar how do I get it back?

I was updating the "JPEG Processing (GDI+) Security update, and when it was
done, I had lost my office shortcut bar. How can I get this back? Thanks

Thank you, I am running office 2000, so I know I have the program/file on
the disk to reinstall this, I just don't know where it is or how to do just
that?. That is the help I would appreciate knowing. Beth's article was very
good, but as she said the drawback was when you close it, it goes away and I
would like it to stay around for a while. thank you

Use the Quick Launch bar instead. Much less intrusive and much better.
