LOST SAVE AS

Hi

When I click on save as, I get the normal save as box but when I click on
the drop down box at the top of the page, the computer freezes, I am not
connected to a network, I understand there is a fix but cant find it, any
help appreciated.

Right-click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop,
left-click on Disconnect Network Drive, and disconnect any mapped
drives that are not currently available.
