I deployed Office 2003 to our company using SMS. When I first deployed it I
was told to change the macro setting default for Excel to Medium and I did
using the CIW. I changed it under the Office 2003 setting (machine). I am new
to all of this and I guess I made a mistake because now users are complaining
that they cannot change the settings at all. There are users that want to be
able to change the settings themselves between Low and Medium (I do not know
why). Now my boss wants me to deploy something to all users so the default
macro setting in Excel remains in Medium but at the same time still give the
users the option to change it to Low if the need arises. I tried using the
CMW but I do not see anything there that would do the changes.
