macro to print wide table on successive pages

Can a macro be created to print a wide table on successive pages.

I have a wide table (it is already landscape). Can a macro split it (say
at 10 in.) and print the second part on a successive page?
Excel does this easily, but I need to do it in word (I have formatting in
the table that needs to be retained).

I suppose it might be possible, but hardly practical. I guess I'd force the
table columns in the document to be an exact width, then have the macro
select and cut from the next column on, create a new page, and paste.
