In Word 2002, I have created macros to open each of my
databases. I have created a toolbar that has these
macros on the toolbar to open each database. That way I
only have to pull down the menu and choose which database
I want to work with and it is automatically opened. I
have a database created for each of my clients and I
don't want to have to go to the directory each time I
need to change it.
However, in Access, I can't seem to create a macro that
will open each database like I did in Word unless I am
ALREADY in the database. I was able to create the menu
button (DB) on the toolbar, but I can't create a macro
that will open without FIRST choosing a database. How do
you create a macro (or module?) BEFORE you choose the
database?
