Mail Merge Addresses from Publisher to Excel

I'm trying to send Mail Merge Addresses from Publisher to Excel or import same to Excel. Don't know how! Any help is appreciated.

When you make a data list in Publisher (versions 2002 & 03) it is stored in "My
Documents" "My Data Sources". When you open Excel, file, open, files of type, scroll
down to where you read ".mdb" and browse to the "My Data Sources" folder.
