Mail Merge and Outlook Proxy Contacts

MG

Hello all,

Is there a way to create a Mail Merge document in Word and choose from
Outlook Contacts that you are proxied to? I have never been able to make
this work but all of a sudden there are a number of people that sometimes
see thier contacts and other times see their bosses contacts.

They are logged in as themselves and not as thier boss.

Has anyone ever seen this?

Thanks very much.

Hi Mg,

I'd say your best bet would be to set up a view in OUTLOOK that shows these
contacts. Then go to Tools/Mail merge and start the merge procedure - *from
within Outlook*
