Mail Merge for labels in publisher

I am trying to print return address labels for my client base. I can do the
mail merge but it is only printing 1 label for each person. I would like a
full page for each person. Should I be using something other than publisher?

I have the data in excel. I am using Office XP.

Just choose one name from your database when performing the merge.
