Mail Merge from Excel to Word-how to set up Zip Code on separate l

When I do a mail merge from Excel to Word the zip code is on the same line as
the city. How can I set it so the zip code is on a separate/last line?
Thanks.

Instead of using the address block field, use the individual fields that
make up the address, formatted as you require them.
