mail merge multiple data sources

I am trying to do a mail merge on a 4 x 6 postcard 2 up in Publisher. Since
there are 2 on a page, I am trying to use two different data sources for the
merge but I can't figure out how to do it. Any ideas?

That's not how it's done (unless I'm misinterpreting). Design with one
card on the screen, and set the page options to print 2-up. When you
merge to the printer (note that you must merge to the printer, not to a
new publication), Publisher will print two different records per sheet.
