Mail merge printing 4 up

D

Deb

Using Publisher 2003, I have sucessfully done a mailmerge for postcards 4 up.
I have read posts here that the preview is not accurate and shows same name
on all four. Well, I printed random sample pages and each page of 4 up had
the same name and address on them. How do you over come this?

Major project coming due.
Thanks in advance.

When you merge postcards, you can only have one card on your screen for the
merge to be successful.

If you merge to a new publication, then Publisher prints it as a
publication, which can only have copies of the same page on each sheet.
(This is fixed in 2007 Microsoft Publisher, thank heavens)

To get different records on a sheet, you have to merge straight to the
printer.
