Mail Merge Toolbar for Pub 2003

Hi, everyone!

My users would like to see the mail merge toolbar (like Word has) in Pub
2003. Tried the normal method of Tools->Customize, but the Mail & Catalog
Merge is not listed in the commands for the Tools menu item.

Is it possible to add this toolbar, or at least a button to start the Mail
Merge Wizard? If so, how?

The Catalog & Merge is a standalone in the customize options, not in the tools.
You can drag any of the commands.
