Mail Merge - WORD 2000

Mail Merged elements print in 10 pt. while the rest of the doc is comes out
correctly in 12 pt.

sure do . . . How the heck do I keep this from happening all the time. I
want the docs to printout all in the same size type????? There must be a
way!

Use a Charformat switch on the field. This will cause the merged data to
adopt the format of the field eg
{Mergefield fieldname \*charformat}

Thank you soooo much! This has been a problem that I've had for so long &
now it is fixed!!! (I went to your web site to get the mechanics after
trying the switch directly ....) Kudos Graham....
