Mail merge

OK folks, I am still having problems using mail merge to address envelopes.
I did put the data base on my HD, I did go to tools and have got the confirm
conversion checked. Same results. I can edit the DB but when I get to the
point of reviewing the envelopes the recipients address is blank, the return
address is there.
Any more help out there, this is driving me nuts (don't have far to go,LOL)
