mail merge

I have a large number of email addresses given to me on an
Excel spreadsheet and, if possible, need to mail merge
them or get them into a Distribution list within Outlook.
Does anyone know how I can do this short of retyping or
copy/pasting forever?

Hi,

You can save the Excel spreadsheet into CSV format and then do the following
from within Outlook:

File -> Import and Export -> Import another program or file -> Next -> Comma
Separated Values (Windows) -> Next -> (browse to the file) -> Next ->
(import into Contacts)
