To do this sort of thing you need to either purchase a
third-party component or program the form yourself (most
likely in ASP or ASP.NET).
Web pages that send to a variable address are a bit
tricky, because hackers find ways of using them to send
spam. Then, all of a sudden, your site starts sending out
billions of inappropriate messages. That's probably why
Microsoft has steered away from it.
If you only have a few recipients, perhaps you can create
a separate form for each one.
