Maintaining fonts during a move/copy

Using Pub2003 on XP system:
How do you maintain the same font and font size in a text box when
either moving the text box or copying the contents of a text box to a
new document?

Thanks much.

Open the Font Schemes, apply a font scheme to the text box. Or format the
painter tool. I am not sure what you are trying to do. If you copy/paste a text
box, the font doesn't change. Are you using a template?

I created a 2007 12 month calendar for my church that contains a text
box in each date with times/activities for that particular date. Now I
am working on the 2008 calendar, and I have to copy those activities to
the new date in 2008.

I created the new 2008 calendar pages, but when I paste a text box from
a 2007 month (perhaps formatted in 10 pt arial) to the corresponding
2008 month, the text changes to my default text font scheme (12 pt times
new roman). I have lots of text boxes to copy/paste, and don't want to
have to manually change the font scheme for each of them.

I cannot duplicate this. Any text box I paste from one calendar into another
will keep its formatting. Text that I copy/paste from cell to cell also doesn't
change. Are both of your calendars created in the same version of Publisher?
