Major Problem with Password and Name mix up

I have 3 accounts running through the Outlook Connector on Outlook, 2 of
which work perfectly fine. On one account however, it seems to be sending
out emails with my password as my name. How on earth do I fix this?

what is configured for your display name in the connector? tools, accounts -
select the connector acct and click change to check.
