Make shortct to Outlook?

Hi

I wanted to add Outlook to the right click mouse "send to"command. So when
I look for folders in Windows Explorer I can by clicking right mouse
initiate a command "Send to"> "Outlook (create shortcut)". Tried first "send
to"> "desktop (create shortcut)" and copy from there to Outlook contacts.
Did not work.

Is this possible?

Do you have the 'mail recipient' option when you right click and select
'send to'? This will send the file with your default mail client (e.g.
outlook).

I think what Kalevi wants is the ability to send a shortcut to the
outlook shortcut bar from the right click menu in windows explorer.

I'd suggest that doing that is not possible using Outlook "out of the box".
You'd have to programmatically modify the Outlook shortcut bar - it's
doubtful this is something Windows is designed to do.

Sorry about that
What In want , is to create a shortcut from Outlook to a folder outside
Outlook. So far I have only been able to create links to individual files.

By text you can do the following;
<file:///c:\My Documents >

Make sure you remove the space before > or it will not turn into a link
