MAKING A MASTER DOCUMENT IN WORD

i want to customize a page in word so that it has my course code and reg no
at the lef and right top corners of the page and save it so it reflects on
all pages and i can use it at other times too

This is what Word calls a template. Look it up in Help. For more on the
different kinds of templates, tabs on the file new dialog, and locations of
templates folders see http://addbalance.com/usersguide/templates.htm.

Note that Word has another "feature" called Master Documents. You do _not_
want to be using this.
