Manipulating borders of a picture

Hi,

I would like to create a sort of mosaic using pictures. Basically I would
like to know if it's possible to manipulate the borders of a picture. For
example, can I make the border length diagonal, make the picture have a
circular border etc....

What program/version are you using?

Also please provide more details of
exactly what you are trying to accomplish.

It is helpful to know the version of Publisher.
Draw a circle, fill, fill effects, picture, browse to your image.

In 2000, insert, new drawing, create a circle, fill, fill effects, browse to your
image. Click on the wrap icon.

This works for all shapes...
