Map numbers on U.S. image

How can I put numbers and/or percentages from a query onto a map of the
United States? I can produce the number and percentage of our clients from
each state of the United States. Is there a way that I can have the numbers
appear in their geographical places on a map image of the United States? I
tried using a pie chart, removing the pie, placing an image, and moving the
numbers. This works once but the configuration is not saved for the next
time I run the report. I will run the report regularly.
We are using Windows XP and Access 2007.
