MAPI errors.

I have a small problem.

Situation:

When doing excel or word document and then choosing the "file - send to
receipient" option , i get a mapi error.
Now the thing is if i open outlook and create a email and attach the same
file within outlook, it sends fine no problems .
Not everybody gets this error but about 5 people do.

It is only when they choose send to through excel or word that this happens.

I have also tried the solution provided by MS and restarted the pc. Same
error pops up.
