I have been having this problem that everytime I make
adjustments to the margins, the page defaults to 2.67"
either on the left margin or the bottom margin. When it
prompts you to fix the margin, selecting either fix or
ignore does not fix the margin. Whe I do a print preview
the document is cut off and does not print correctly.

I have asked out IT to reinstall word program but it did
not fix the problem.

There is a known conflict between Word 2002 and the HP drivers for certain
LaserJets. Using the Windows drivers will usually cure the problem, but you
may not have access to advanced printer features. Many users have reported
that the drivers at http://www.hp.com/pond/ljbeta/index.html solve the
problem.
