Members are not able to see each other

We have 3 groove accounts on a small workspace. Since Monday, none of the
contacts show as being on line and each member cannot communicate with all
other members. No settings have been changed. We have performed groove
cleans, uninstalled and reinstalled Groove, none of which has helped, still
no contacts show as online, messages can be sent from one member to one other
member but not to all. One member can send to another but that member cannot
reply, the message just sits "waiting to send".

2 machines are on a local network and one is via the internet. Any ideas
would be appreciated.

Let these 3 members check their local firewall[such as Windows firewall] and
make sure Groove is in the exception list[Make sure the local firewall
doesn't block any Groove communication].

If 2 members on the same LAN, they should establish direct connection for
communication and they should able to get each other's online/offline status.
Make sure you have not restore any member's account on any other computer.

If there is awareness problem between internet user and local network user
or if 2 members can not send information to the internet user, there may be
some problem with the internet user's relay server. If the internet user can
not send information to the 2 members in the local network, there may be some
problems with local users' relay server.

The communication problem between internet and intranet also can be caused
by company's firewall settings.
