Memory Error when importing resources

Am trying to import resources from a project plan into the Enterprise
Pool. I was able to import several resources in one attempt. Now when
I try to import from any Computer I get the message "There is not
enough memory to complete the operation. Close programs, projects, or
windows you aren't using , and then try again." I have 512MB of ram in
the PC I use. It currently has over 200MB free. I have closed all
applications down. I have rebooted my PC and the Project and SQL
Servers. This occurs no matter what PC I use to attempt to import the
resourcse ?????
