Menu Bar

A user's copy of Outlook 2000 is now missing the main menu
bar. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Any
ideas on how to re-enable this would be most welcome.

Right click on a toolbar, are all toolbar checked? if so, choose customize
and reset each one or search for outcmd.dat and rename it.
