Menu Doesn't Show Up Unless I Click On Tools and Customize

I have a strange problem with Word. When I open a template which has a custom
menu, the menu does not appear unless I click on Tools, then Customize. When
I click close on the Customize box, the Menu then appears. This happens with
Word 2003. When I open the same template on other computers with the same
version of Word, I don't have this problem. I deleted the Data registry key,
but that didn't help.

The answer is a re-sounding Yes, as far as that other
person was concerned. They found that that made the problem go
away. FWIW, this Addin impolitely interferes with all kinds of
things in Word; very poorly designed!
